Confirm the snippet sits inside <head> and that the site-key matches this exact site. Open DevTools → Network, filter by track.php and reload — you should see a POST. Ad-blockers can block it in your own browser, so test in a clean profile. Allow a minute for the first pageview.
Make sure Auto-push is ON (or use the manual Push button on the Lead). Only medium- or high-confidence leads are pushed. Check you granted the four company/contact scopes and connected the right environment (Production vs Sandbox) and portal.
Traffic from residential or mobile ISPs and consumer networks can’t be resolved to a company — only corporate networks resolve to an organisation. You only pay for medium-or-higher confidence matches, never for this noise.
Yes. Generate a separate site-key per site in your dashboard under Installation, and install the snippet on each. Leads are kept per site.
Usually within a minute of the pageview once the company is resolved. Auto-push to your CRM happens at the same moment.
