The essentials

• • Legal basis — IP→company resolution is legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); no individual consent required for B2B traffic.
• • Cookies — the first-party nui cookie is an analytics cookie. A consent banner is shown where your jurisdiction requires it.
• • Form capture — email capture happens only after the visitor submits your form — implicit opt-in in most jurisdictions.
• • Respect DNT — add data-respect-dnt="true" to the snippet to honour Do Not Track.
• • Right to erasure — email support with the visitor’s email; all rows are removed within 7 business days.
• • Hosting — servers in the European Union (Frankfurt + Madrid). No transfer to third countries by default.
